I have recently completed my refresher course for counter balance and reach licences with Waypit training. This is the second time I have been trained by them and again found the instruction clear, easy to understand and informative. I was at all times made to feel at ease overcoming any nerves. I used Waypit training for three employees to have telehandler training. The level of training and service was exceptional and because of this i will be booking more of our employees to carry out this training with him and also my two lorry drivers to have there CPC training with Waypit training.

Poor Wayne was booked for a third party agent and was therefore not really aware of what he was letting himself in for. However, he went out of his way to work around our business needs and intrusions in a professional and friendly manner. In an industry where the quality of training varies to extremes, I found Wayne's approach and delivery perfect for our needs, despite his lack of advance knowledge. I would recommend Wayne to anyone and look forward to using his training again in the future.
