Instructors who are unable to drive/operate a forklift truck????????

We have witnessed, and continually hear about from trainees, forklift training instructors who are unable to use a forklift properly. REALLY???? I cannot understand how these guys have got registered?

I further cannot understand why companies book these people.

Please. Ask your employees for a truthful assessment of the instructors ability. Stop wasting money.
